Whale watch trips are generally 3 to 4 hours in length; the variability depends on how far we may need to travel to see whales and this is at the discretion of the captain. While whale watching is a fun and exciting adventure, it’s important for passengers to remember they are on a boat, a moving platform, which can be potentially dangerous. Dolphin Fleet will make every attempt at rescheduling late arrivals on to another available trip, refunds will not be granted.
Sightings Guarantee
In the unlikely event of no whale sightings on a regular trip, to be determined by the captain, a “1% Pass” will be issued to every paying passenger onboard. No refunds are issued, the passes do not expire but you must make a reservation. 1% Tickets are not issued to schools or groups.

Cancellation / Change Policy
If Dolphin Fleet Whale Watch cancels a trip:
Cancellations by Dolphin Fleet are decided on a trip by trip basis. We sail rain or shine. The weather in our area can be tricky to forecast and many factors influence wave height and sea conditions. Our captains have all available resources available to them and many years of experience deciding on whether to sail or stay at the dock. If Dolphin Fleet cancels a trip it is for your comfort and safety.
