Finbacks feeding just off the shores of Cape Cod. It's great to see the finbacks lunge feeding off the shoreline of Provincetown and the surrounding area. Today sightings of 6-8 Finback whales where reported throughout the day. There where also sightings of some of the smaller baleen whales as well. The minke whale. Although not a whale but a great sighting was that of a large basking shark. These sharks can be in the size range of 15- 20 feet in lenth but don't worry these sharks only eat plankton…… Don't forget, our dinner cruise will begin July 8th @ 5:45 come with us for a great evening on the water.
