A week of wind and waves.

The 27th of May and the end to stormy weather. This week was one of the windiest weeks we have had in a long time with the northeaster keeping us from going out for almost a week. Stellwagen bank had seas of up to 15 to 20 feet and winds reaching 50 knots. Not the type of weather you want to be out whale watching in. On Friday we did go out although too rough to go to Stellwagen bank. We did go and have good sightings. Off the shores of Provincetown we had sightings of 3 finback whales. As the seas subside we will look forward to getting further offshore.
